#10a) You probably have an idea of what Selling price you can ask for your home, using “Zillow” you can find some similar homes in your area that will give you an idea of Pricing, but Zillow only keeps previously sold properties on their web site for only a short time. So a house sold more than say 3 months ago, probably not be listed on “Zillow”

So you will need some other “COMPS” (Comparative Sales) of real estate in your area. We should be able to provide some additional “Comps” for you as part of our report.

#10b) You will need information on what School District you are in. You may know this already, but unless you have kids in school today, you might be surprised to find you are not in the School District you thought you were. We can provide the up to date information on your Proper School District.

#10c) You will need for your  Listing the Current Real State Taxes for your home if you do not have your latest Real Estate Tax bill, we can only provide an “estimate” ** the taxes paid in your area. You will have to call your local County Tax Assessor’s office to find out how you can access your Tax Bill information on Line.

**You might find you are over paying in RE taxes compared to your neighbors, if so you can file an appeal with your local Taxing body to lower your taxes !
